The Potters Heron is ideally situated for Southampton, Winchester, Test Valley and the New Forest.

There are so many places to visit in the local area that we thought you could do with a little help. Below are some of the attractions to get you started:

  Winchester Cathedral:

  
  

  At Winchester in Hampshire is one of the largest cathedrals in England, with the longest nave and overall length of any Gothic cathedral in Europe.

  We think Romsey Abbey is about the same age as Winchester Cathedral but a lot less busy.
